All payments are processed are made immediately, and the full payment of your order in order for your order to be processed.
All prices on our ADP site are in New Zealand Dollars and includes delivery and handling. All prices are subject to change without notice. Amour De Pavot endeavors to have up- to – date prices at all times.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, NZ Credit and Debit cards.
Through our WIX website, all payments are made through PayPal, which offer secure online purchasing tools, and privacy. No Credit card information is shared by us, (Amour de Pavot site), or PayPal.
Free delivery throughout NZ urban addresses
Any items outside of New Zealand
Orders and Process
If you place an order and the product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know when, and if this item is due to arrive. If an item cannot be re-stocked, then you will have two options.
1. To chose an alternative item of the same value
2. To have your money refunded
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure to keep the original packaging and send the item back to us within 7 working days. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
All returned items must be:
• Returned in the original packaging
• We do not accept returns on opened or used bedding, comforters, duvet covers bed sheets, baby sheets or pillowcases
• Gift cards are final sale and are not refundable or redeemable for cash
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Refunds will be made in the original method of payment (for example Visa care, MasterCard etc)
Incorrect goods supplied
In the unlikely event that Amour De Pavot sends you an incorrect product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and well will be in contact with you within 48 hours. We will endeavor to send you the correct product, a replacement, or we will offer you a refund.
1. If any products are found faulty as a result being broken in transit or as a result of manufacturing, please contact us email@example.com within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue for you.
2. The product cannot have been used or washed.
3. If the fault is the result of manufacturing, we will replace, repair, or refund if necessary.
4. We will stay in communication with you once we have been contacted.
If you choose to cancel an order we (Amour De Pavot) reserve the right to charge a 20% cancelation fee. However, we invite you to communicate with us as to why you wish to cancel your order so that we can enable a positive outcome for all.
Products lost or damaged in transit
If your product is lost or broken in transit please advise us as soon as you can.
If signing for goods, please ensure that you check that package prior to signing to ensure there is no damage.
If you believe there are any missing items from your package please check your packaging first, and ensure that the goods are not being sent in two separate packages. Then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
Some investigations can take 10-14 working days. Please note we may not necessarily resend the product to you until the investigation is completed.
